Morning Sickness
I offer these links to you, not meant, by any means, to replace your careprovider's recommendations, nor is this meant as a complete informational site. I've just listed a few references to help you to begin your journey of research and discovery, in taking charge and responsibility for your health, your pregnancy, and your child.
These remedies can also be safely tried for heartburn.
Some of the tips I've heard over the years:
1. Protein, protein, protein.......I know you don't feel like eating, but it can be a viscious cycle....the less you eat, the sicker you get, the less you feel like eating, etc. Just try it and see what happens.
2. Eat constantly and consistantly. Allowing your blood sugar to go up and down through out the day is what causes it for some.
3. Smell newsprint
4. Drink 7up mixed with milk <1/2 & 1/2>....I actually had 2 different moms tell me this worked for them!
5. Papaya Enzyme ~ you can get this in capsule form or lozenge, at your local health food store.
6. Ginger ~ tea, candy, capsules.
